Schools Resume Feb. 8

In spite of all the weather we had last week in El Paso and the long vacations students had for the past week, finally students go back to school.  The weather was very unexpected to the border region and it was definetly something that we did not expect.

Maybe next time we will be ready for this crazy weather in El Paso.
